The story
Alpenglow is the rose-coloured light that lingers on the horizon after the sun has gone down. It lasts a few minutes, and most people miss it.
The series is built around that hour. We set the tables by the water and seat you as the light turns gold. The menu follows the sky: bright and sharp at golden hour, smoky from the fire as it burns red, rich and slow once the blue comes in.
It’s a relaxed evening, but nothing about the food is casual. Every course is cooked for the minute it is served.
